I think that anyone with half a brain knows that you can’t lead people if you don’t build some type of relationship with them. This initial relationship can be a little uncomfortable, but we as leaders know its necessary so we push through and make “friends”. Momentum starts to increase, the team starts to gel, and your influence with those you lead seems to skyrocket. All is well.
